"I thought Tai Chi was all slow movements. I didn't realize there was such power behind it. The classes really help my knee. I'd had surgery two years ago for torn cartilage and my knee was still giving me trouble, especially climbing stairs. After just a few classes, I'm having a lot less pain.
“Tai Chi is a great combination of both physical and mental exercise. I find it to be an excellent stress reducer as well. Prior to taking Tai Chi, I was having problems with both of my shoulders due to pain and limited range of motion. Now I have normal range of motion and NO pain whatsoever."
