ELIXIR LIGHT HEALING QIGONG SEMINAR
Qigong ("chee-gung") is an ancient Chinese healing art and science that works with our life-energy, our "qi," to benefit body, mind and spirit.
In our recently held seminar, 22 participants learned the "Four Golden Wheels"... gentle movements combined with self-massage, breathing and meditation. Designed to activate and balance our primary energy centers, this Qigong can influence every aspect of our lives in a positive way.
Nearly everyone who attended the seminar noted significant increases in their energy levels. We've made a commitment to practicing the Four Golden Wheels at least once a day for 28 days. I'm looking forward to sharing the results with you!
